【抹茶商品の購入制限について】

いつもご利用いただきありがとうございます。

予想以上の抹茶の需要により、現在品薄状況が続いております為
できるだけ多くのお客様にご利用いただけますよう、以下の購入制限を設けさせていただいております。

・店舗・通販を合わせて お1人様1品種につき3個まで

・有機抹茶缶シリーズ・野乃・和心 の同一品種も、お1人様3個まで

・対象抹茶商品をご注文後は、1か月間、同一注文者・同一住所からの同一商品の再注文は不可
　（例：9/16にご注文 → 次回は10/16以降にご注文可能）

大変申し訳ありませんが上記に該当するお客様につきましてはご注文をお受けできませんのでキャンセルのご連絡をさせていただきます。1人でも多くのお客様へお届けしたい為ご理解のほどお願いいたします。

※今後の在庫状況によっては、さらに「一定期間で合計3個まで」の制限を設けさせていただく場合もございます。

[Matcha Product Purchase Restrictions]

Thank you for your continued patronage.

Due to unexpectedly high demand for matcha, we are currently experiencing shortages.

To ensure availability to as many customers as possible, we have imposed the following purchase restrictions.

– A limit of three units per variety per person, both in-store and online.

– A limit of three units per person for the same variety of the Organic Matcha Can Series Nono/Wagokoro.

– After ordering a qualifying matcha product, reorders of the same product from the same customer and address are not permitted for one month.

(Example: Order placed on September 16th → Next order can be placed after October 16th.)

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we will be contacting customers who fall into the above category to cancel their order. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to deliver to as many customers as possible.

*Depending on future inventory conditions, we may impose a further limit of three units in total within a certain period.
